The NFL and its players union have long claimed that their union and advertisers paid far more for airtime on the NFL Network than they did on other networks.
In response to this claim, the NFLPA filed a lawsuit in 2015 against ESPN, CBS, NBCUniversal, and Time Warner Cable, alleging that the networks had paid the NFL significantly more than they had for the same time period last year.
The suit argued that the league had not paid its broadcasters and networks enough for their airtime.
Fox has been working with the NFL on its lawsuit, which is set to be heard this fall in federal court in New York.
The NFL has repeatedly denied the allegations in the lawsuit.
Fox is currently negotiating with several other networks and networks have agreed to make concessions in return for the NFL’s payment.
The most recent offer includes increased airtime for the network, as well as additional compensation for the networks’ networks.
Fox’s latest offer includes an increase in airtime from $2 million to $4 million per week, according to a Fox News source familiar with the negotiations.
Fox also has made an additional offer for the union to include some NFL games on its schedule.
Fox has also agreed to allow NFL games to air on the network during the NFL national anthem.
Fox and the NFL have been in negotiations over a long list of issues, including issues of the National Anthem, whether the NFL will allow its players to kneel during the national anthem, and the status of the anthem protests.
The negotiations are expected to continue until the league announces an official decision on the anthem controversy, which could take some time.
